Update: when the kit showed up it looked nothing like the picture. so I went back to the drawing board.
after some research I found that an af01 lead 50 has the same bore and stroke as the ab07. so with the black Friday sale at parts for scooters, I bought a polini BBK for the euro based Lead. only problem is the port shapes are a little different.
with a grinder and some quiksteal. I cut up one of my extra AB07 cases.
after the dust settled I rebuilt the cases with new 6004 C3 crank bearings and new seals and installed the new cylinder. it fit perfect with no spacer needed and the piston flush with cylinder at TDC. I clearance cut a spree head to accept the 47mm piston. motor has good compression.
I broke it in with a couple idling heat cycles re checked the head bolts added 2 caps of oil to the gas tank because im still running the oil injection. I also chose to use the stock carb with a 94 main jet.
so far Ive clocked 25-30 miles and it runs great! it will pull a wheelie from a light and does 50- 55mph. I have a 3.0-10 tire on the back but have room for a 90/90-10. so I might switch it up to the taller tire eventually. but for now im happy. it keeps up with traffic no problem and has the power to pull past it.
I doesn't have the rpm that my ported 50cc barrel did. but I also notched the flywheel key on this build. which has given me more rpm on other builds. so when I get some time ill put a full key in it and move the timing back a bit and see what it does.

ill post some pics of this build when I get a chance to upload them on my computer. but wikispreedia needs to change its info, because ive finally got an AB07 with a big bore!!!! wooooo whooooo!

yes sir. that's the kit. ive clocked over 150 miles with no leaks or problems from my modifications. its a strong torquey cylinder. port timing #s are a little on the conservative side. if I tear it apart again someday, I think ill put 2 thick gaskets and shave the difference off the top. I did this to an af05e polini cylinder on one of my other motors. it was cast iron and had very similar timing #s. it woke it up! didn't really any noticeable power on take off but it did turn the cylinder from a strong 8800-8900rpm cylinder, to a 11,600-12100rpm ripper. something to keep in mind. shoot me a pm with your email address and ill send you some pics. maybe you can figure out how to resize and post them here for me. or you can go to 49cc forum and search my name. I did a build thread over there.

also, that airsal kit on the pfs link you posted is also for a lead, not an aero af05. but just like my 84' ab07, anything can be modified.

The Italians had a standard 380 that was 384cc and had a 55mm bore. So that will definitely fit
Reference E34 region, cylinders 11210-33600/601 L, 11220-33600/601 C, 11230-33600/601 R for M/A models.
I have the piston types for standard and 0.5 or 1mm oversize if you need those.
So it seems like 56 mm bore will work.
