Looking for low speed gears, or pulleys. 1985 Spree.

Does your Spree/Elite already run great, and you're trying to make it quicker/faster? Need a monster motor swap? Discuss your ideas here.

Looking for low speed gears, or pulleys. 1985 Spree.

1985 Spree. Completely stock, runs excellent. Currently will do 28+ on flat.
I need more pulling power, have no need for anything over 20 mph. I am reaching out to see if anyone knows of a low speed final set, or pulleys. From what I understand, the 87 Iowa used different final gears, but apparently they are the same as 84/85. And, I was really hoping to go a bit further in reduction.
Obviously I could find some 8 inch wheels, but it already suffers a low 4 inch clearance. And I really do not want to do any power modifications to the engine, or swap to variable engine. If I must, I will turn my own pulleys, was just wondering if someone has already done so to market. Thanks

Your 85' has the exact same gears as the 84-87 Iowa editions (12T). There is not a lower gear available.

I appreciate the message. Yes, that's what my research has shown also. Was hoping someone might have already experimented with pulleys. Thanks again!
