af16 build

af16 build and have a couple questions for the more experienced in builds. I did a 44mm mini stroker crank , 85cc bbk, zx trans kit, 9:1 gears, Naraku intake , 24mm Polini carb and Arrow exhaust, just so you know what I have and my question is on the carb and set up that I have, what is a good starting point on pilot and main jet sizes and also I run a 32:1 premix in my af05 with a malossi kit so on this is it gonna be same mixture or different , your input is helpful and thanks
