with a little slight bending you can probably get that to bolt up to the spree,it looks very similar.

the only problem i can see is it is a 47cc pipe on a 50cc bike. it might not help that much but its only a small difference.

Nice find; even has the silencer. This should work great! 47 vs 49 cc isn't enough to make any difference.

Only problem I see is that it's made of stainless, and you'll be welding it to a mild steel downpipe. I'm not sure what kind of welding rod you'll need to use, and you'll probably have to TIG weld it.

nice rims i love it. well the pocket rocket muffler worked! this is for my elite anyways it sounds real bad *. it helped me in take off alot and mid range but not top end. the best part is that the muffler goes upward towards the back. it looks realy good.

A 50cc pipe is a 50cc pipe... it will work on the Elite or the Spree. There's nothing off the shelf for either, so these are custom made for the scoots.

If you use a pocket bike pipe, just try to keep the overall length the same from where it bolts on to the end of the pipe.

Set screws are ok (apparently,) press fit would be better and welding the best.

I'd like to see some pics of what ppl have tried. I don't see the above link.

I'm working on a sawn-off exhaust; I need to bump up the main jet and change the intake runner still. Sounds meaner, anyway. I'll post pics when I know it works.

u uctually sawed off the back part of ur exhaust? i thought u just drilled holes. i was thinking of drilling holes but decided against it if id have to replace the carb jets. then again how much of a power boost would it be?
projects galore :nerd:

I was trying something else with the exhaust. At this point it's just noisier and much stronger in the mid range, and with the #68 jet no faster overall. I need to do a plug chop to see where I'm at for rich/lean.

This Spree did 30 MPH before I touched the exhaust. Much better than the 25 MPH when I started. Things I've tried that worked are bumping the compression (by milling .015 off the head) and modding the pulley. Each bumped it about 2 MPH tops.

I've picked up parts to modify the intake tract with a different filter scheme. I'm also going to look into a different belt, in order to further increase the ratio.
