some people say they gp 30 stock, others say 40 stock

my friend had a razz it went 40 and a honda metropolitian they do 25. thats because they make 2 different kinds of metropolitians. one is a moped and the other one they consider a moter cycle it does 35.

the metro's come with restrictions. the same as the dio.

i am typing at school right now and i have a teacher here well i had him last hour and he has a metropolitan not the metro 2 but the metro well he says he can go 38 stock on his and i belive him cuz i mean he is a teacher. yea well i struck a deal with him that hop up his metro and he well give me an a for the semester hahah i wanna do it to.
