I asked what he meant about getting the envelope back three times and never got a response. I had provided him with a paypal address to use as well.

Everyone else I have dealt with on the board has been great to deal with and I have had no issues.

Funny when I paste that # into USPS it says nothing. And I didn't take $15 from your paypal, Paypal did! Check yo email fool! Anyway if he sent an empty box or something I get the money back per Paypal.

I always save the receipt from post office until the other party gets the parts, if they don't i can scan the receipt and prove it was shipped. It's funny how parts seem to get shipped once a dispute is filed

That tracking number looks more like a USPS number, EXCEPT it is missing about 7 numbers. Can't even copy a number right if he actually sent it.

Thats what the post office site says. And from the amount of packages I buy, that number looks to be about 7 digits short. As for the dispute, I can't stop it you have to respond to their email.
