It could be for a little while, but the maneuverability of a scooter in tight traffic like that really makes it almost impossible for a slow car like that to do anything. This is obvious in the video :bowrofl:

spend half my life splitting lanes here in japan, before anyone says anything its totally legal and accepted over here. at least by most!
Cars in tight traffic have no chance and the driver in this case was probably trying to kill the scooter so suck *.
