It could be for a little while, but the maneuverability of a scooter in tight traffic like that really makes it almost impossible for a slow car like that to do anything. This is obvious in the videoSuprasNsprees wrote:prob scary as sh*t being chased by a car like that

spend half my life splitting lanes here in japan, before anyone says anything its totally legal and accepted over here. at least by most!
