That truck driver saved his life. Did you see him swerve out of the way at the last second? It must suck to sleep at the wheel.

yeah... dude, is lucky to be alive because of that truck driver swerving... frontal collision would not have been pretty... and survival rate would've gone to minimal to none. That's a hard question to answer now a days with the law the way it is if he would have had damage to his spine and u pick him up or move him and it gets worse ur getting sued 9 out of 10 times....

According to my first aid training you could only be sued for damages if you moved him against his consent. Also, someone being unconscious is implied consent for medical treatment.
