I sent an email yesterday which was a followup to another email awhile back about a month ago.

Essentially, yesterday I screwed up and clicked the wrong COPPA button when I registered and my account is still locked. I had to create this additional account to even get ahold of anyone as the reply to the COPPA notification email just bounced back.

Do any moderators still exist here that can delete the other profile for me (Richards1008) so I can re-register under the username I want, instead of this one?
