I took my Scooter completely apart, except for the forks.

Because I couldn't get the f-ing nut off the neck.

Then I put everthing back together, but before I put the handle bars back on, I painted them.

I painted the pipe flat black (high temp.), and the silencer aluminum (high temp.). I looks sweet!

Oh I know. I've been meaning to do that, but just havn't gotten around to it.
