well idk about that. i got my elite up to 30 mph and thats it. it would be a good race i would think

something is wrong then u should get at least 35mph out of it.

i just got an elite and it does 35 easily.

darat. on the variator there is a thin plate with 3 screws. take off the plate and it will raise the top speed of the elite. this regulates how much the weights open to keep the speed down.
