OKO CT Manifold on an AF05E / SE/05 Block

Post by Wheelman-111 »

Greetings:

Scooterwerx concocted one of these for himself, and swapped one to me:

That's right, an AF05 with a CT Chrome manifold. You just need to fill the 1/8" gap to the inside with a plate of metal or composite material. This opens the door to any CT-compatible carb up to 34mm, not that you'll need that big on 65cc. But it can be done.

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

Greetings:

MMeadows just PM-ed me that the Aero 80 reeds perform the same function and offer a bigger surface intake area. No direct info, but maybe he can post this in Performance Technical with pics and we'll move it here for Posterity.
