No temp on vapor

Why isn't my vapor telling my temp? I have a working sensor on the plug. I have it set to F. I have reset it and even read the instructions. i have two vapors and I can't get either one to work so it's probably something I'm doing wrong. The lead works on my mini temp display but doesn't on the vapor?

try pushing the button in the center of the console to change the mode, and give the motor time to come up to 100 deg.

Can you post a pic of the wiring diagram? Maybe there is a ground wire no grounded.....ect

My koso gauges in the past had 14mm adapters that failed regularly.

Is the gauge in screen 2 mode?
Is there a data setting to turn on the external sensor?
Did you ever replace your scooters toasted battery?

There is a reset on the back. You need a small nail or wire to push it in.

Hold the left and middle button only for a few seconds it's a manual reset. It happened to me. I took of the unit when it's runnin fine then plugged it back and doesn't work. That resets the unit and for the unit to look for new temperatures. Hope it that helps.

^ I had to do this once as well. And no you don't need a battery for any of its features except a constant back light

Thanks beejay! That worked! As soon as the temp was over 100 it showed on the display.
