Re: Need More Topend!!!!!
Just going off what others have said, and g9 did the dyno. The PG is not a top end pipe, so I've heard, don't take my word on that, as I do not know from personal experience, but you could probably spin a higher RPM with a better pipe. As for your original question, I have no idea. 69mph is only a dream of mine.

Re: Need More Topend!!!!!
Those Keli ramp plates are not the best by any means. Try an SEF ramp plate and use a new Honda oem belt.
I can get my elite going 69 mph on a malossi cast, 26 oko, pg short, polini vari, sef plate, w/8.44's!

I hit 70 with my stock crank and gears, its all about having a quality pipe, carb, intake, vari. And cdi helps... G9 just got arrow pipes!

More aggressive porting. Who did the porting and what is the timing now? With those gears you need some torque. Might want to try a different pipe to match the porting you have currently.

Re: Need More Topend!!!!!
Greetings:
Not that 69 isn't a respectable top speed for 72ccs, but before seeking further modifications I suggest you determine what are the limiting factors in the build you have now. Top speed is determined in part by gearing, but more so by maximum engine RPM. So, what is the RPM reading at 69 MPH? Corsas love to rev, and as some have suggested the Long PG isn't the best-suited pipe for achieving the 11K-12K of which the Corsa is capable.
The gearing thing matters if you're fully shifting the belt-drive, and you may not be if you're pulling against 7.somethings. Sharpie your Drive and Driven Faces to see if the belt travels all the way to the rim in front, and to center out back. Now I'm not sure about hitting 70 with Stock 12:1 gears, but Flash 3.26 saw its best top speed with 7.97s, and today I believe it might've been faster with 8.2s or even 8.44s if the RPM increased back into the peak power zone for an unported Corsa.
Finally, although Big Carbs are popular in the Sandwich Islands - perhaps that dense Hawai'ian air allows for more fuel to mix - 28 is an awful lot of carb for 72ccs. It might run, but almost certainly not very efficiently. Consider a 26 or even a 24 for cleaner-running through the rev range.

You hit 70 on stock gears?
stock gears would have to spin at nearly 15k to go 70 mph.
Maybe you did 70 kph on stock gears.

If you don't weigh much, tall gears can get you over 70mph

Yes, my trail tech vapor showed it hit 71.4 and 12,680 rpm on my set up and i also only weigh 125. B4 the guage i used a gps phone app which said i hit 65 only cuz i kept catching up to traffic and then has to get off the freeway, which im not supposed to be on in the 1st place.
