ive tried multupule plugs

bad wire, bad coil, start at the plug and back track.

These CDI ignitions are super easy to troubleshoot. First off get a spark test from Harbor Freight or place of your choice.

Now disconnect the run/stop switch and the ignition switch. Do you have spark now. If you do, one of the switches is bad or you have the run/stop switch in the stop position (that should be a standard check whenever you engine will not start).

Next you need a service manual and a volt/ohm meter to check the ignition coil, CDI, the stator and the pulse generator (trigger for us old timers). If they all check good then you get to check the wiring harness for shorts and opens. But you can't troubleshoot this stuff without a service manual.
