Resistor question on LH157qmj 150cc miniquad

Anyone know what the resistor hooks to and what color the wires might be? I had to get a wiring harness at the junkyard and it wasnt from the exact same model so it is slightly different plus some stuff is missing I have almost everything wired back up and the kickstart will crank the engine and the killswitch works but I cant get the electric start or battery/charging system to work since i cant figure out where the resistor hooks in at. If nothing else the starter relay should click if everything is plugged in right but nothing. Any help would be appreciated
