Well listen.. No change has been made since day onen.. No mAtter what clip its on or any other thing ive tryed,,it has always reacted the same.. Fires right up one kick idles beautiful , then the problem as described.. Carb is put together correctly 100%..leak down test i could do.. But it would be a lean bog n cut off it had a air leak correct? Its will stay running.. I can pull the throttle all the way and it wont cut off sounds like a 2 step on a honda car or somethin.. Just popping out the exhaust at an rpm that wont climb..im gunna measure squish and all that tomorow..copper wire method..im still listening tho guys lol

Sounds like a dirty carb, misassembled ignition system or a bad reed or case leak. I would try to see if the cdi and coil are functioning properly

That Yasani doesnt make power until high rpms, I had the same one on my vert jog. The C20 is my weapon of choice but I dont think they come for the verts.
How do the rpms climb if you baby the throttle, is it quick or slow. If its quick I would assume it to be too rich in either just pilot or both, if its slow it could be too lean of a pilot with that exhaust. Thats assuming you can throttle it at all. Most of the time when it sounds like a rev limiter its lean but will pop out the intake. Try covering the intake up partially, if it clears up its lean, if no change take off the air filter, if a change(even a slight) then its too rich.
You really should do a leak down and pressure test.
Stupid question but do you have the piston in correctly also, a backwards piston on a mina will make it sound exactly like you describe and run the same.

All those you have mentioned ive tryed.. No change in the problem with jetting.. Squish clearNce,Plugs..you could slam the throttle and it wont go past lets say 4K rpms and will just backfire..let off throttle back to idling awesome.. Pistons in correctly... I pulled the cylinder and head a few times to change different base gaskets..

What was the gap and what did you end up using? That yasani pipe and stage 6 is where the power lies really.
