Now im a bit of a tight a.r.s.e so if anyone can provide a link to a free pdf file that would be bloody great .

Thanks in advance

I have one but its a paperback copy, you can usually down load one for less than 20$ though. What do you think is missing. Theyre extremely easy to work on power valve engines. They how ever do not produce a lot of power at all. It is the weakest of the 125 2t engines and also the most prone to failure. Weak transmission detents, weak gears, poor designed pistons that shatter easily( go with a pro X piston), over heating problems due to poor radiator placement, but have great suspensions! Ive owned a handful or more of them through out the years. I even have 1 downstairs in pieces, along with 2 complete yz80s, and a yz85. I had planned on using them for my 9 year old nephews but it seems the KX65s with the Athena racing 82cc kits is more than enough for them or anyone else who jumps on it. Do yourself a favor and get rid of the 125 before you dump tons of money in it to break it again.
Now this is just my 2 cents as it seems we both like the same type of bikes and I never felt happy with the yz125s and maybe you will but I doubt it. Your ke250 will kill it and a proper running TS will definitely kill it.

If youre concerned there is parts missing go to bikebandit.com and look up the microfiches for the engine and just do an inventory of it all piece by piece.

Suspension is more than engine work 9/10 times. Theyre light and tall, good for thrashing for sure.

92 only had one option for the 125 in your market, you should have the 5xe3 jap model not the 5xe2 euro model. Either way the only difference is the kill switch and some misc wiring changes where grounds are placed on the frame. Same engine internally.

Sweet deal, did you change the crank seals? I find they get hard quick on LC yamahas and will play * with your jettings. We raced my 03 yz85 vs 1 of the kx65/82cc Athenas and the kx whooped it last night. Fun night at the Gateway race track. I think we had more time and fun in racing my pit bikes vs everyone elses junk.
This is my buddies pit "bike".
