came across a Verucci baby softail, 49cc, not running, anyone ever mess with one?

Is it the st50? If so is it the auto or 4 speed 49cc? I had one but it was a tad slow, I thought I could drop a 110 china in it but when I compared them side by side it was obviously not going to work.

A scoot must be full auto- gear box is a motorcycle.

That's about the stupidest thing I've ever read. Vespa, bajaj, stella..... I suppose those are not scooters to someone who's never had a solid thought.
