What needed to be modified? I really really want to do this to my jog as soon as i get back.

you will need complete front end with headset from japan .

he had to weld the neck? Lol i dont know if i can do it anymore i dont have a welder.

Ok. Its no rush as I still need to get this thing to run and 2, get it tuned. So I still have plenty of time.
