there is a circular scratch on my drive face, and one thing if i kick start. it won't contact to the driven gear,my driven gear is new.and if kick start the kick start arm won't go back to it proper position.if i luckily start it it was a lot of noise inside the left crankcase cover,i don't how to solve this pls help

Greetings:

Is the crankshaft moving around in there? Stripped threads on the drive end?

Greetings:

You had me at "...yes the crankshaft is moving around". The crank shouldn't move - at all. I was referring to the threads on the crank end with that big 17mm nut that holds the outer pulley in place, but if the crank is moving the bearings need attention. Split the crankcase and evaluate.

Greetings:

If you want a reliable, long-lasting daily driver, get a new Honda crankshaft or try to find a Malossi Stock-Stroke shaft. If you want to experiment with port timing, decking the cylinder and take a guess at the optimum compression ratio, get a Ruima 44.1. Just be prepared for the possibility that you may someday need to push it home if you opt for Taiwanese parts..
