Honda ZUMA?? SEIZED

So I know its not a honda but I'm guessing its similar. So I'm thinking of buying a zuma off of craigslist that has been seized... he said he put an athena bbk on but that it seized what i am wondering is can i put the original top end or piston back on or what needs to be replaced to getting this back on the road?

Maybe it just needs a little clean up. Check out the top end.

Depends on whether it seized on top or bottom.
If top, you can replace jug and piston and be done.
Last one I did, bottom had seized up, so I had to split the case. The bore in that case was serviceable.
