Recently replaced: weights (7.0 g), stock DD belt, Keli medium clutch, 1500 clutch springs, and 1500contra. I'm so dumb (still newbie) that I didn't bother to check the rear pulley. Bike seems to be running good, although 9 yrs old 2006 mild 66cc daily driver DD50, what exactly needs to be done to keep rear pulley running good? Or is it time to just replace it? Also using Keli vario w/Daytona ramp. Thanks.

I'm referring specifically to the torque driver. Thanks.

You can dis-assemble, clean and re-grease. Check the seals. inspect for wear, but usually just clean and re-grease is what I do. It's easy to cross-thread the large nut that holds the clutch and torque spring on so be careful. The torque spring is worn out when it up-shifts too soon. Just replace it.
