Motor spec
Dd50 ported block
72cc polini bore
7 & 5 rolling weights
1500 contra spring
72 gdash pipe
28mm oko carb
Stage 2 uni filter pod

I had a pg long pipe and I was hitting more speed with it, any tips on tunning a gdash pipe? Thanks

What grams is your weights? And is ur bore a corsa, or contessa? Use 6000 rpm clutch springs too, at the least. Get that bugga spinning before she goes.

Ohh.. Honestly i dont think that contessa has the power for that g dash. To much pipe for it. I bet the corsa would push it plenty. Read on my tranny set up. Ô¼ç. I use 5.5, but im light. So lighter if your heavier. Maybe 4.5's. And the yellow malossi contra is 30% stiffer than stock, the red is 35%. But not sure how that translates with your 1500 rpm contra which is prob a dif brand. Either way its needed to hold that belt down low in the band . but all else fails push that pg until you can get a corsa..

Not sure, ive personally never ported one. But heard its tricky and easy to go to much. The corsa comes factory ported, so i assume if you port contessa it should rip better, hopefully someone will chime in and confirm. Try that tranny set up i was suggesting, its all relativly cheap parts, then at least we'll know if its that or not, plus easier to pull tranny case vs. The bore off. SsS or (g9) has contra for $12, whole roller sets for $20, and clutch spring sets $20, but im sure Glens cycle or maybe qik fix. Theres also a guy in waipahu off leonui st. Has a small shop and i always seen him sooping cherry bikes, maybe he can give advice...
