Airleak, check for ripped seals, leaks, and oil plug, carb boot rips. Look around exhaust for oil leaking from exhaust.

Just hondabond it all and paint over it... like new :2thumbs:

Lol jk buy a new boot, new muffler gasket, and a carb rebuild kit, clean the carb good, then clean it up and watch for leaks.

I think the ct mani might be it, if you have one. I sanded the mating surfaces, made new gaskets, and bonded it all together. W. New boot it should be brand new, no need for a $500 shopping list.

Although, a 28mm might be too big if you do have one. But I think 24mm is too, especially w a power jet carb. I'd go 21mm.

It sounds like a air leak to me. Boot most likely. I've had a a few go on me in the past.
I ran a Corsa/PGlong/28OKO for 2 years solid, no problems (Fast too). Bulletproof!
Then I started running in the canyons and I overheat'd the sum'o'bich!

Greetings:

You will get more attention AND decrease the time wasted by Forum members who cannot contribute if you give your thread a more descriptive title. The sudden change in performance can easily be explained by a crack forming in some rubber inlet. If it ran well before, fix the leak(s) and it should run the same as it did. As to the pilot jet or other tuning suggestions: None of these things should change Suddenly. If fixing engine's accessories do not correct the issue, consider a compression check. Maybe try that first, since it's easy.

Ooh, ouch, got me. That sounded harsh. I meant that by itself the word "Help" will evoke in many a feeling of sympathy and a desire to assist. But if the issue isn't more defined, guys that run Gyros and Sprees and who know little about leaks in an aftermarket intake pipe will waste time opening the thread. Everyone here can contribute, but if I know nothing about LC conversions or fork swaps for example, (and I don't) I will know to pass if the "Help" request is defined up front to be about such an issue.
