I got a dd50 with an oil tank, and just bought a 72 polini corsa bore. I was wondering will the oil tank affect and make my bore seize?

The pump is designed by Honda/Kymco to supply oil for 49ccs. When you enlarge the cylinder by 8mm in diameter, that quantity of oil is spread too thin. You must increase the quantity of oil per stroke. Since you can't easily recalibrate the pump, that means you have to add some oil to the fuel. One ounce or a bit more per gallon seems to do the trick, but a lot of tuners prefer to ditch the pump - and the little power it subtracts from the output shaft - altogether and premix an known-safe ratio. Many of us choose to run pump-free and pre-mix 32:1, or about 4 ounces per gallon.
