Sym jolie 125 build

Hey guys have just built a 125 water cooled motor for a sym jolie... its in and ao close to firing up but just wondering if anyone has done it and what you do with the starter motor and the oil transfer? The throttle cable i had wasnt long enough so basicalky ive ran i new cable that doesnt seperate to feed the motor oil but now im not sure what to do with it... remove it and cover the hole or just block the hoses off or if anyone has any feedback that would be amazing..kindov hit a wall with it
