To start this vino 02, 50cc 2 stroke motor was fresh last summer, rode easy for around 100 miles and ran great. (stock) During the winter just did a nice clean up, carb, fresh gas, new air filter etc. new plug.
Now that the weather is nice went out for a ride, starts great, all seems good, after a few blocks will start losing power, white smoke, then dies. Will restart, go and repeat. This last time the carb. leaked out the over flow. Now that was the only time that has happened.
First thoughts please.

I don't have any testers to check coil, but will have too see what I can do there.
Carb. was cleaned, but last night I cleaned again, checked auto choke. Choke seemed too work proper.
Just put carb on, looked at wiring (connections) didn't find anything. Once fuel got to carb sat and let idle til warm. Rode alittle but started raining, pulled in garage and let idle. No leaks. Not sure yet, needs a longer ride.
