it IS an Aero. 86 or 87 based on the kickstart, could be swapped onto the 85 though. Pretty good deal, not great though with no title.
1985 Aero 50--'87 AF05 motor, ported and polished, Ruckus Vari, 1.5K torque spring, 1K clutch springs, drilled exhaust/airbox,#85 jet, Pirelli 3.0-10s= 45mph flat

If I had a dime for every CragzLust ad where an Elite was 'cornfused' with a Spree; a Spree ASSumed to be an Aero, or a Jog represented as a Harley (ok - THAT'S a stretch
), I could buy a garage full of Honda 50 basketcases and re-supply all of the Far East's scooterists.
