HondaBond will resist fuel. It seals the crankcases on AF16Es. Yamabond works too, but might turn into blood if used in a Honda engine.

doesn't the oil pump need to be lubricated? hate to see it come apart inside the case. Check with the more knowledgable people here on the forum to be sure..

Oh and where the * did I ever say to loop the output to the oil inlet? Never said that because I don't believe that is a safe or a smart move.
I actually heard diospeeddemon say to loop them together in some video on youtube. Not sure it would be a problem. Then again I don't know that much. Wouldnt the pump just recirculate oil that randomly makes its way up to it?

And that oil gets hotter and hotter because there is no fresh supply of cool oil from the tank. Not a good thing to my "reliability is everything" mind.

Run a long bit of line and/or an "Oil Pump Cooler".
Some oil in circulation is better than none, but why not just remove the pump shaft or bite the bullet and put in a proper plug?

Yeah Yeah I know. Just though the looped hose is a good idea. Wouldn't it be like lubricating the transmission? That oil stays in there for a long time. Could use a heavier oil.

Yes, but the transmission has an oil cooler in the line which is very important. Install an oil cooler and you will be golden, no cooler and you risk a seized pump which is gonna raise * in the crankcase.
