We like Aeros too. What work do you plan on doing to your nb50?

Especially welcome if you post a pic!

Re: new member, NB50 Aero
OK cool.
I just picked this thing up cheap. it needs some work. the carb & airbox are missing. hopefully it will run when i get those parts. i just got a OEM carb off ebay yesterday. i've been cleaning it up and checking things over. here's a question: should i find an original airbox? or put something else right on the carb? .......then re-jet
i'm always open for a couple more MPH's
pic should be attached...............

Re: new member, NB50 Aero
With a stock setup the stock airbox is best. Change the main jet to an 85 and you should be good to go.

Re: new member, NB50 Aero
Your courteous attitude will serve you well. The Aero is widely discussed here and much info is available from members. I have moved on to Aero125 after having the NB50 in '08-'09. Welcome to you and LIKE your first pic, apparently an '85-'86. If you got for cheap, you've done well. Since you're close to Nashville, consider a visit this June1st for the Blue vs.Grey rally. Re: new member, NB50 Aero
Welcome, my first Aero was an 86, which was going to be parted out on the forum, but I had to have it. Also got an 84 bought in parts for $40 bucks, it is also finished, and my new favorite untill something else comes along lol.
