past two days did some look upgrades, retro fit h11 HID's, Tuck and rewire the harness, but for some reason I'm getting oil leak from the screw located below the air/fuel screw..any idea's? heres the finish product getting ready again for NOS forum fest at Pacific Raceway...all scooters welcome
stripe down to metal and and anodize the wheels and two tone
How do you anodize steel wheels? I thought anodizing only worked on aluminum.
I like the matching paint thoughout the scooter!
Now it just needs a petcock cover... I happen to know a guy
drill gun and rust wheel down to metal and depends how you cross mark the steel, then use a heat gun to heat the wheel and use clear primer, while 1000 watt light and heat gun till u see its dry, 2x's, then get anodize spray paint and light coat over and over till u get the color you want...its made for heat btw and it matches my candypaint :0)
Yes i need that cover....i text a guy on from craigslist, this is what i get....lol

Candypaint:..Fishman is reproducing some first rate petcock covers. He is reachable here through the private mesage line and is a reliable, moderately priced source...

Waiting on piston rings, gaskets, and while I wait forever, it was a pain to decarbonize the piston and exhaust port. Did I mention on my gps I'm going 35 on flat grounds prior and any tips on putting back the piston rings without stretching or breaking it? Plus I would love to show off the thing where the spark plug goes into. Btw the paint is 500f proof , thanks for all your input and can't ride with my fellow Tacomptons lol
The piston rings pull apart just far enough to slip them on just be sure the longer ends on the rings are toward the bottom of the piston when u put them on ore else u will have to take them off and flip them over.
