Greetings:
In addition to being a crisp, classy modern design, the Elite 50 is easy for a modder to work on. I have developed a few shortcuts to make it even easier.
Need access to the carb and belt? Consider removal of a single bolt. The shock bolt drops the engine mostly clear of the plastics. A little hole in the side skirt go reach the front-most belt cover bolt and vario tuning can happen without plastics removal.
Dropping the engine requires only pulling the saddle bucket. The rear rack need not be removed altogether. Three nuts off, and loosen the 4th to pivot it out of the way.
Anyone else have time-saving tips to share?
