Wrecked it enough to bust up the front plastics, and scare him to park it for 2 years.
Damage seems all cosmetic, and I got the old panels to fix and ride.
Mirrors are the one item that are totally gone, and expensive....:(
needs right side engine guard that is under plastics...crumpled the old one (gone)...it's not too costly $$
This only has 15K, and these are good for a whole bunch more.
I really like the Pacific Coast. That would be great for the road. Love the giant trunk.

...I promise pics are coming, dudes; I'm just waiting on Honda shop to receive radiator hoses for new CBR250R radiator.

Radiator install is complete... After long nights trying to fall asleep, thinking of the best most OEM "factory" method of mounting-
Then it hit me....

Rear special Spiegler (NS pink / silver banjo fittings / titanium banjo bolts) brake line is installed, with my Xmas present Ang bought for me: A GCraft / YS black anodized billet master cyl reservoir. This eliminates the need for a brake fluid reservoir and hose for the rear master cylinder.

Wave1173, *i checked my PM's and didn't see that you had PM'd me, but then again, my little boy (7 year old) loves playing with our iPad... ;)
-As much as I'd love to score your NS, shipping & crating to me would be a small fortune I'm sure... :(

We're at 32 pages of Shifty-Fifty fun, guys!! :)
Maybe Mr. noiseguy may consider adding a Shifty-Fifty sub-category to Hondaspree.net for us. Just as Zenak noted, there really isn't any forums dedicated to the NS50F specifically anywhere!
I'd LOVE to have a subcategory on HS...
I'd vote Mr. Motormike for a moderator, or if he didn't have time, I would gladly be a mod.

You guys have me searching Craigslist now...what I REALLY need to do is start saving...
I've already got an amazing spare parts stash...
Libra Pro chamber, Daytona bore, reeds, stock parts, etc...

Greetings:

After reading 32 pages on this thread, all I can say is them pictures better feature a few of the lovely Ms. Angela astride the bike.

Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50? my FINALE! (...maybe)

Post by z50r-ghost »

Hey Shifty-Fifty Dudes;

I promised pics forever ago, so here they are! ~I have been SO busy with rehabbing songbirds, along with taking care of our OWN (pet) birds, I haven't had time to post my newest mod pics. I will let the pics speak for themselves; there are quite a few new modifications in the pictures. My new pipe is an RS Lip's "Dedicated B-Type, Private" chamber built for my Stage 2 bore. This chamber is simply amazing. I have never seen a chamber that can do what this chamber does, in terms of torque, response, and all out power. RS Lips's also notes that using a chamber specifically designed for the bore specs greatly increases the bore's reliability, due to reduced exhaust gas temps, optimized exhaust pressure, and proper synchronization of ignition timing.

I am actually at a point that I am very, very happy with my NS50F. I thought the day would never come.

Next plan of attack:

ANOTHER NS50F build, but this build will be an exclusive RS LIP'S theme, using their "50cc SUPER" (direct port) bore... Actually, a complete RS LIP'S engine build, & bright RS LIP'S graphics. Wheels will be NS50R type. Hopefully this new project will be completed in a couple years! :nervous:

Enjoy the pics; I used my digital cam this time so hopefully better quality.
Later guys, jon

Thanks Motormike, Swimmingfree and Pauly for your compliments... They mean a lot!

...and I definitely ride her; she is too fun not too! I just don't go anywhere that I need to park and go in a store... No gas stations, either. Pre-mix only!
