Arreche 19mm carb doesn't fit my af05
I just got a 19mm arreche carb for my aero af05 and the bolt spacing on the carb it wider than the bolt pattern on the manifold. Has anyone had this happen before?

You didnt order the correct one then. You might want to be sure of the part number. Ive owned 2 arreche 19s and a 17.5 and never an issue. Ive had a slew of parts not being the same as previous ones lately tho. If you have to modify your intake holes make sure to clean the intake out real good after for metal shavings.

I ordered the one for a honda. The holes are way off and way wider than the manifold. I'm not sure if I can even modify the mani to make it fit.

Oh crazy, whats the part number? It should be perfectly matched. Part number will tell you right away. I ran them on a kymco sc10as, af05e, and an af16 manifold.

I'll have to look at the part number when I get home later

So this is the carb I got. Does anyone know the right part number for the carb I need?

Like I said originally, you have the wrong one. In situations like this some might just say use google. A simple few key strokes with the simple question of this to google will get you results one could have only dreamed of a few years ago.

Thanks lovemyhonda. Will the jets I ordered be different or are all arreche jets the same?

Re: Arreche 19mm carb doesn't fit my af05
The arreche jets for the 8 series is all the same. You have a 819/3 or what ever and the elites 819/4 or something. Both 8 series so you're good. The needles are the same but they may give you different ones based on the kit. I like the s1 needle for quicker on throttle.

Re: Arreche 19mm carb doesn't fit my af05
anybody got an idea which arreche would fit a dio manifold and airbox? is the one for aero like the same as an elite?
just comparing it. for it. elite flange bolt hole center to bolt hole center is 35mm on my plastic gauge calipers. and the dio is 43mm in the dark with plastic gauge calipers on bolt thru centers between. the airbox is 35mm i think on the carb.
is aero 50 same connections sizes, as elite?

Re: Arreche 19mm carb doesn't fit my af05
Greetings:
Aero and Elite carb critical dimensions for US models are all the same. I cannot confirm but believe the PA series carbs for the Spree/SB models are also the same, with the exception of the bystarter well, which is outboard on those models. I no longer recall the bolt spacing, but the "dog ears" of the flange angle DOWN. The carb mouth is 27mm, so a 1" (25.4mm) pod filter can be forced onto all.
