Thanks guys, yeah the adjustable cross bar really helps stiffen up the frame.

I made the bar, threaded in heim joints at each end to adjust. Had to weld mounting ears to the frame, from right below the fuel petcock to under the key ignition.

I had to almost eat up half my side cover for the af16 carb. It made me upset/kinda ignored

Even with trimming the carb needs more clearance for suspension travel. So I bubbled it out with a heat gun and round handle screw driver to form the shape.

Same paint I used on the purple and I did it properly and it didnt stick. So heads up bake em on with a little heat.
