Try the 45 pilot and lean out the needle or tighten the air-fuel screw in a couple notches, and maybe go down on the main. Maybe it'll even out

Never gonna be perfect w a pod filter anyway imo. I run pod filters too and it's tough to get an even powerband. I try to get em slightly rich just to be safe. I'll deal with losing a small amount of power to not heat seize.

Got up to 350-360 on 45/110 with clip leaned out one notch. Jumped up to 45/112 and still 360 at the high on good WOT pulls. Gota be a leak... Time to Pressure test i guess. Going to do some how to research unless yall got a quick link :naughty:

When you capped the nipple, did you seal it? Sometimes vacuum caps leak a little bit. What size carb you got again? Like a 21mm cp right?

Try throwing a bigger main in now n see if it bogs or feels slower. Maybe your still lean? I'd try to get it rich, and back down from there.

This is why I wanna air/fuel ratio meter on my bike!!

Sounds like a leak, take engine shrouds off and look for oil spraying out of a gasket and look at the cht ring and make sure its dry you can get leaks there that only happen at wot.

I have made a decision to part out this bike as my current work load and plans will not allow me to continue with the build. Please visit the classifieds and let me know what you need! Again, thank you all for your support.

Thanks guys! This thing rips and is a * of a ride but it's not all what I was looking for. I had a vision and am happy at where I ended up. Let me know what you need, i have a few hits already and i am sure the stuff will be gone fast as they are all practically new quality items.

Yes it was a great build! I enjoyed every minute of it. Going 65 on a spree frame just isn't for me at my age and size lol. Sketchy is an understatement but very fun. I would have loved to keep her as a shelf piece but i need something more practical and something i can ride to work once in awhile (100 miles round trip). Honda CRF450 Supermoto is in my sights, stay TUNED!

Supermoto is awesome haha. Ya, mine will be a shelf piece one day. It already is basically- most of its mileage is me starting it and revving it up, then shutting it off after a couple burn outs haha.
