I’ve got a 1986 Honda aero 50 malossi 72cc big bore kit and I am replacing the stock 47mm piston with and oversized 47.4mm piston and need to bore and hone the cylinder but I need the clearance spec between the piston and cylinder wall or the proper inside diameter of a cylinder for a 47.4mm over sized piston. I can’t seem to find it anywhere!!!!

Please any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thank you

if you have a set of calipers, measure the stock cylinder and stock piston, measure the malossi cylinder and its piston. use those clearances as a reference for the clearance for your new piston. weisco recommends .04 mm for pistons under 52mm.
